Pumpkin Loaf

It’s pumpkin season my friends! Im talking  pumpkin butter, pumpkin spice, pumpkin cookies and so much more pumpkin deliciousness.

It is a very exciting time for us pumpkin lovers and if you are anything like me you absolutely LOVE pumpkin everything!

So get ready ladies and gents, because today we are baking the most super moist pumpkiny pumpkin loaf EVER.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

1/2 Cup of Light Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup of Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice

1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

2 Large Eggs

1 Cup of Pumpkin Puree

1 Cup of Pumpkin Butter

3 Tablespoons of Butter (Melted)

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Directions

1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. and butter a loaf pan. The one I am using is 9×5. Place butter loaf pan to the side until needed.

2. Combine flour, baking powder, sugars, pumpkin spice and butter, and whisk until it is clump free.

3. Next, add in your eggs, pumpkin butter, pumpkin puree, melted butter and vanilla to your dry ingredients. Mix and stir until well combined and there are no flour pockets.

4. Using a silicon spatula or wooden spoon guide and pour your batter into your buttered loaf pan, making sure to smooth the top of the batter as best you can.

5. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick come back clean from the middle. Let your loaf set and cool inside the pan for 10 -15 minutes, then cut and enjoy!
